Returns & refunds

We stand behind what we build. If a device arrives defective at the time of sale, we will replace it or refund you in full, your choice.
- Contact us at ames@aerospacevenoms.com within 30 days of pickup with your order number and a description (photos or a short video help) of the defect.
- We'll confirm the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through uberflux, our checkout and payments partner.
This policy covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear after pickup in working condition.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge any time before pickup. Email us and we'll cancel and refund it. Once an order has been picked up, our return & refund policy above applies instead.
Fulfillment & shipping
All orders are placed and paid for through our storefront partner, uberflux. We are not currently shipping orders: every order is fulfilled as in-person pickup at DEF CON 34. Pickup details and instructions are provided at checkout and in your uberflux order confirmation. If this changes and we begin shipping, this page will be updated first.
Legal & export
Our products are commercially available, unrestricted electronics hobbyist devices (SAO badge accessories) intended for general consumer and enthusiast use. They are not designed, marketed, or intended for military, aerospace-controlled, or other export-restricted end uses. Customers are responsible for complying with the import and export laws of their own country when ordering internationally.
Promotions
We aren't currently running any promotions. If we do, the specific terms and conditions will be published wherever the promotion is offered.
